These buffs are meant to hold us over until more meaningful changes to the relationship between Basic and Core Skills arrive. In fact, there isn't a single nerf for any class in this patch. On the subject of buffs, all of Diablo 4's classes are getting some sort of boost to their power. The Tree of Whispers now also pays out much higher XP rewards for each individual Whisper you complete.īlizzard said it's planning to increase the density of monsters and Elites in endgame content, which will arrive in the game sometime after the launch of Season 1. Helltide roaming bosses, too, now more consistently drop higher quality loot. Helltide events, another endgame activity, is seeing a boost to bonus XP when opening Helltide Chests. In even better news, you'll now be able to teleport directly to a Nightmare Dungeon through the map, without having to make the trek. The highlight of this update is the boost to XP awarded after completing Nightmare Dungeons, and from killing monsters in said dungeons.

The update, version 1.0.3, went live last night across all platforms. The latest Diablo 4 patch is full of buffs for XP gains, all classes, and a chunk of bug fixes. Blizzard is seemingly done nerfing things in Diablo 4.
